This Year's Summer Party will be on August 1. The half-year Homeowners' meeting will be in the morning on the same day, time and place to be determined.

Archtitectural Matters: Fee for Architectural Control Committee submissions now $.75 per sq. ft. of proposed improvements. Note that the covenants concerning driveways have been amended. Section 8.02 of Covenants amended 12/20/2008 to allow only one driveway per Lot.
